Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and safe content distribution system. SOLUTION: The content distribution method is provided, comprising steps for: sequentially transmitting in one direction a plurality of content data allowing order reception along with a distribution content ID to a relay terminal from a content center; receiving the plurality of content data and the distribution content ID in the relay terminal; receiving an order of a user in the relay terminal and for identifying the content data according to the order from the plurality of content data received from the content center; and transmitting the identified content data to a user portable terminal or a storage medium attachable to and detachable from the user portable terminal. Since the need to identify the content data according to the order by the content center itself is obviated, the facilities of the content center can be remarkably simplified and a distribution cost can be reduced.
