OCR EVALUATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OCR evaluation system which allows an evaluation result to be easily acquired without requiring a long time. SOLUTION: When receiving an image being an evaluation object generated by a user PC1, and evaluation parameters necessary for image recognition and image evaluation via the Internet 2, an OCR evaluation server 7 recognizes the image being the evaluation object by using the evaluation parameters and determines an evaluation result (correct read, erroneous read, unreadable) of the recognized image and transmits the evaluation result via the Internet 2 in response to a request from the user PC 1.
