KITCHEN APPARATUS PROVIDED WITH CIRCULATING VENTILATING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a ventilating function wherein a removal effect of oil contents and odor does not immediately deteriorate even in a compact kitchen apparatus by carrying out ventilation while carrying out circulating of oily smoke and odor generated during cooking in a mobile kitchen apparatus. SOLUTION: A movably composed kitchen apparatus body 1 is provided with a cooking stove 3, and a blower 10 for sucking in oily smoke generated during cooking. A dust collection filter 6 for high temperature arranged near the cooking stove 6 for mainly removing oil contents from collected oily smoke, a deodorizing device 9 arranged in a downstream side of the dust collection filter 6 for high temperature for mainly removing odor from the oily smoke having passed the filter 6, an electric dust precipitator 11 arranged in a downstream side of the deodorizing device 9 for mainly removing oil contents and odor of particulates from the oily smoke having passed the deodorizing device 9, and an exhaust port 13 exhausting the oily smoke treated by the electric dust precipitator 11 from the kitchen apparatus body 1 to the outside via the blower 10 are provided in the kitchen apparatus body 1.
