Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dispersant for suspension polymerization, having excellent foaming-preventing effects at preparation of an aqueous solution, also having excellent foaming-preventing effects and scale-preventing effects at suspension polymerization, and exhibiting preventing effects on fish eye of a polyvinyl chloride sometimes obtained when applied to the suspension polymerization of vinyl chloride. SOLUTION: This dispersant for the suspension polymerization contains (A) a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin and (B) a compound represented by formula (1) (wherein, R is an alkyl group; (n) is an integer of 0-4; and (m) is an integer of 1-6).
