Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat structure in which the luggage compartment arrangement can be changed as necessary, and a comfortable three-seater can be formed on a rear-most seat. SOLUTION: Two or more rows of seats are provided in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body, and the rear-most seat is a three-seater. A center seat 22 of the rear-most seat can be accommodated in a downward dive-down manner with a seatback 28 being collapsed forward. Further, the center seat 22 is arranged in a V-shaped layout so as to be located backward of both side seats of the rear-most seat.
