Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrified filter medium, which is obtained by combining a polyester fiber with a polyolefin fiber and exhibits high particle collecting efficiency at a low pressure loss, the combustive classification of which is self-extinguishing according to JIS D 1201(1977): a combustibility testing method of organic materials in a cabin of an automobile and which does not generate dioxins when incinerated. SOLUTION: This triboelectrified filter medium contains at least 20 mass% polyester fiber and at least 30 mass % polyolefin fiber and furthermore a phosphorus atom and/or a sulfur atom of ≥300 ppm. The phosphorus atom and/or the sulfur atom exist as a phosphinic acid-compound and/or a sulfonic acid-compound, which are copolymerized with a molecular chain of polyester.
