Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction brush and a vacuum cleaner having this suction brush, having an improved structure for improving cleaning efficiency, by preventing dust and dirt from flowing in an internal part. SOLUTION: This suction brush assembly has a body provided with a suction port for sucking in the dust and dirt on a cleaned surface, a cover joining to the body and forming an opening so as to suck in outside air, and a rotary body rotatably arranged in the body and detachably installing a cleaning member contacting with the cleaned surface in a lower part.
