SOLUTION: A heat sink 30 and a radiator 32 are housed at the back surface lower part of an outer tub 3, a heat exchange air path 31 for making air blown by a blower (blowing means) 12 flow from the heat sink 30 to the radiator 32 and then leading it into the outer tub 3 is provided, and a compressor 41 is housed inside the heat exchange air path 31.
