Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen prepared food of ovary of sea urchin packed in a container made of natural sea urchin shell and to provide a method for producing the frozen prepared food. SOLUTION: The frozen prepared food is obtained by creating the packing container (1) by using the natural sea urchin shell body, packing an ingredient (3) obtained by cooking and heating vegetables, root vegetables, and the like, and dressing these materials into the packing container (1), laying and arranging ovary (2) of sea urchin on the upper surface of the shell body and pouring a sauce soup (4) composed of a milk material into the packing container (1) and rapidly freezing the interior of the shell body. In the present invention, it is the most important characteristic to use the natural sea urchin shell body as the container for packing the prepared food cooked by using the ovary of sea urchin as a base material and ingredients which become the prepared food.
