Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing food for saving labor and shortening time through facilitating work of throwing and taking out objects to be washed at the time of disinfecting and washing cut vegetables, or the like, and enabling to obtain sufficient washing effect. SOLUTION: The method for processing food comprises lifting and holding a bucket 5 simultaneously with a bucket 5 of a disinfecting device C and a washing device B with a lifting device 9, and in this condition, taking out disinfected objects to be washed 8b washed and held in a bag from a holding bucket of the washing device, transferring, to the holding bucket of the washing device, the disinfected objects to be washed 8b held in a bag taken from the holding bucket of the disinfecting device, and throwing new objects to be washed 8a held in a bag into the holding bucket of the disinfecting device.
