COMMUNICATION SWITCHING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently execute the replacement of a system while reducing working time and costs. SOLUTION: The communication switching device 10 is provided with first/second connectors 61, 81 for connecting equipment complying with a first communication protocol, a third connector 2 for connecting equipment complying with a second communication protocol, a protocol converter 1 which is connected to the third connector 2 and executes protocol conversion processing between the first/second communication protocols, a switch 51 for switching from a first connection state that a communication path between the first/second connectors 61, 81 is formed to a second connection state that a communication path between the first connector 61 and the protocol converter 1 is formed and vice versa, and a switch operation part for executing switching operation of the switch 51.
