Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data input circuit with a small chip area that uses a few numbers of magnetic field detection circuits so as to attain setting of many data with a few number of the magnetic field detection circuits and adopts multi-valued magnetic flux density applied to the magnetic field detection circuits without the need for provision of electrode terminals for signal inputs. SOLUTION: An output of the first magnetic field detection circuit 11 using a Hall element for a data input terminal and a control signal terminal is connected to a data terminal of a first D-FF 101, an output of the second magnetic field detection circuit 111 is connected to a clock terminal of the first D-FF 101, a terminal Q of the first D-FF 101 is connected to a terminal D of a second D-FF 102, and a terminal Q of the second D-FF 102 is connected to a terminal D of a third D-FF 103. Clock terminals of the first to third D-FFs 101 to 103 are all connected in common and 3-bit data are set to terminals Q or terminals NQ of the first to third D-FFs 101 to 103. The need for the electrode terminals is eliminated to downsize the electronic component package by using magnetic signals to enter data and the control signal. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
