SEALED BATTERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed battery formed by housing a power generation element in a drawing formed part of a drawing formed metal laminated resin film outer case material, suppressing the generation of defects such as pinholes in drawing formation of the metal laminated resin film outer case material, increasing the amount of penetration of a poured electrolyte, and enhancing capacity and productivity. SOLUTION: The power generation element is housed in the drawing formation part 7 having almost a rectangular cross section and protruded upward, of the metal laminated resin film outer case material, and then the peripheral part of the outer case material is sealed. Curvature radius on the inner surface of the central parts Y2, Y3 which are a side of a boundary between the side surface and the end surface of the protruded drawing formation part 7 is made smaller than the curvature radius on the inner surface in the vicinity Y1 of a corner.
