COOKING DEVICE EQUIPPED WITH INFRARED RAY SENSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking device equipped with an infrared ray sensor which can perceive accurate cooking situation by measuring the amount of the infrared ray emitted from lower face of the outside of a cooking pan. SOLUTION: This is the cooking device which is composed of a cooking table that holds the cooking pan and heats it by the electromagnetic power, an infrared ray sensor that measures the amount of the infrared ray emitted from the cooking pan, and a controlling device that controls the heating by the heating means based on the amount of the infrared rays measured by the infrared ray sensor.
