IMAGE DISPLAY DEVICE, METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device, method and program for giving a feeling of freshness to an image to be provided by a paper medium, while holding a sense of presence for the image. SOLUTION: The image display device is provided with a comic data storing part 40 for storing frame image data necessary for displaying an image included in each of a plurality of frames configuring a page, a frame designating part 16 for designating a frame being a new display object among the plurality of frames included in the page, and for updating the designated frame in a predetermined timing, an image plotting part 20 for plotting images corresponding to the frame newly designated and the frame already designated by the frame designating part 16, respectively based on the frame image data and a display processing part 50 for displaying the images plotted by the image plotting part 20.
