Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safety of the slope land action, in a work vehicle for shifting in a multistage state by a main transmission and a sub-transmission. SOLUTION: This work vehicle has a first shift mode of switching a shift position of at least the main transmission 1 by interlocking with ON operation of a shift switch 4 and a second shift mode of switching the shift position of the main transmission 1 by interlocking with accelerator operation, by transmitting rotational motive power of an engine E to a front wheel 3F and a rear wheel 3R via the main transmission 1 and the sub-transmission 2. The work vehicle is constituted so as to stop a shift of the main transmission 1 by interlocking with the accelerator operation in the second shift mode, when a detecting inclination of inclination sensors 66 and 67 becomes a predetermined angle or more, by arranging the inclination sensors 66 and 67 for detecting an inclination in the longitudinal direction or the lateral direction of a vehicle body.
