Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric lock control system and an electric lock terminal device, which exert a high level of safety in a door unlocking operation. SOLUTION: The electric lock terminal device 11 receives an unlocking signal which is sent out from a master remote controller 9 managed by a management company 5, additionally receives the unlocking signal which is sent out from a server 17 of a service providing company (center) 7 via a network 2, when the unlocking signal from the remote controller corresponds to master remote controller ID information 56 registered in a memory 43, moves a bolt 27, and performs the unlocking operation.
