Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-curable resin composition excellent in dimensional stability of a cured product therefrom and excellent in resin physical properties as well. SOLUTION: A heat-curable resin (C) is obtained by capping phenolic hydroxyl radicals of a resin (B) having the phenolic hydroxy radicals with a capping agent (A), wherein the capping agent (A) comprises at least one kind selected from the group consisting of an isocyanate radical-containing compound, a vinyl ether radical-containing compound, and a propenyl ether radical-containing compound.
