Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molded article, capable of improving optical characteristics such as a low light reflectance, a high light transmittance, etc., and at the same time exhibiting water repellency and soil prevention effect. SOLUTION: This resin molded article having a phase of an alicyclic structure-containing polymer resin or the alicyclic structure-containing polymer resin composition containing more fluorine atom content at the surface layer part than that in the inner layer part of the molded article consisting of the alicyclic structure-containing polymer resin or alicyclic structure-containing polymer resin composition is obtained by heating a molded substrate consisting of the alicyclic structure-containing polymer resin or alicyclic structure-containing polymer resin composition under an inert gas atmosphere or under a reduced pressure, bringing fluorine gas in contact with the molded substrate surface by leaving the molded substrate under an atmosphere containing fluorine gas and then re-heating the molded substrate under the inert gas atmosphere or under the reduced pressure.
