Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety device of a working vehicle having high safety capable of preventing a boom from suddenly operating without intention. SOLUTION: The safety device of the working vehicle is equipped with a plurality of jacks provided on a vehicle body, a boom provided on the vehicle body in freely derricking, swiveling, and telescoping manner, a ground contact detection detecting the ground contact of the jack, and a regulation means regulating the operation of the boom when the jack is not contacted to the ground. When the operation command signal is outputted from the boom operation means to the operation control means before the operation regulation of the boom is released by the ground contact of the jack, the safety device is constituted so that the regulation means continues the operation regulation of the boom after the ground contact of the jack is detected.
