Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro-device improved in rapidity and uniformity of mixing and a method for confluence of fluids by the use of the micro-device. SOLUTION: The micro-device supplies two or more incoming fluids independently to a confluence area 10 and discharges the fluids from the confluence area and has supplying channels 12 and 18 supplying the incoming fluids respectively to the confluence area and a discharging channel 26 discharging the joined fluids from the confluence area to the outside of the micro-device. The supplying channel supplying at least one fluid has two or more sub-channels 16 and 16' flowing into the confluence area, and the sub-channel and the supplying channel are configured so that the central axis of at least one of the sub-channels and the central axis of at least one of the supplying channels or sub-channels supplying at least one fluid other than the fluid supplied by the above sub-channel intersect with each other at a point 20.
