Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing distilled liquor that uses a single type alcohol stiller and can effectively produces flavorful distilled liquor and provide an alcohol distiller for producing the same. SOLUTION: In the method for producing distilled liquor using a single type distiller, the single type distiller is kept at a lower pressure than the atmospheric one and steam is directly blown into the distiller whereby spirits are produced. In this single type distiller for Shouchu (distilled Sake), a pre-distiller of low-pressure resistance is attached in front of the distiller and the pre-distiller is connected with the distiller through piping and the pre-distiller is indirectly heated.
