Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase durability of a laminated piezoelectric element and thereby to enable high-voltage and long-time continuous operation thereof. SOLUTION: The laminated piezoelectric element has a laminate comprising at least one piezoelectric and a plurality of internal electrodes which are alternately laminated, a protective layer comprising a piezoelectric material which is disposed on both end faces thereof in the laminating direction of the laminate, and a pair of external electrodes in which the internal electrodes are connected once every two layers on the side of the laminate.
