Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a phosphor membrane for preventing occurrence of unevenness in luminance and chromaticity even for a long fluorescent lamp. SOLUTION: A coated membrane of phosphor slurry 2 is formed up to half in the axial direction of a pipe wall by absorbing phosphor slurry up to half of pipe length in a glass lamp tube from a first end of the glass lamp tube 1. Next, a coated membrane of phosphor slurry 2 is formed up to remaining half in the axial direction of the pipe wall by absorbing phosphor slurry up to half of pipe length in the glass lamp tube from a second end of the glass lamp tube.
