TERMINAL FITTING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal fitting prevented from fine sliding abrasion caused by seesaw-like slanting operation of a tab. SOLUTION: The tab Tb is inserted into a rectangular cylinder part 10 and restricted from seesaw-like slanting, since the tab is clamped between a receiving plate 15 and a deflection restraining part 18 so as to have a face contact with the receiving plate 15 continuously in a vertical direction while having a face contact with the deflection restraining part 18, continuously in a vertical direction. By the above, the seesaw-like slanting of the tab Tb is restrained, and the fine sliding abrasion caused by seesaw-like slanting of the tab Tb is prevented. Further, as a point contact part 19 having a contact 19b locally and elastically contacting the tab Tb is arranged aside from the deflection restraining part 18, contact pressure between the tab Tb and the deflection restraining part is enhanced, and reliability of the contact of the terminal fitting is secured.
