PLANT SUPERVISORY CONTROL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable plant supervisory control device for preventing an operator's misoperation, utilizing a simulation result by comparing, monitoring, and storing the simulation result. SOLUTION: This plant supervisory control device 1 comprises an operation function for receiving input from the operator and outputting to the operator through a display device; a database function for storing various information such as input points of a plant; a simulation function for performing simulation of the plant; and a plant control means 6 for controlling each function. The plant supervisory control device 1 further comprises an input/output switching means 12 for switching ON or OFF of the simulation function; a plant information reading means 11 for reading plant information inputted from sensors installed in the plant; and a control signal output means 10 for outputting a control signal to a corresponding operation terminal upon receiving the control signal from the plant control means 6 through the input/output switching means 12.
