Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remodeling sash, which can drain rainwater or the like infiltrating to the indoor side from a movable fitting section to the outdoor side in the case of strong wind and rain and in which the vertical size of an opening section is not reduced for draining rainwater or the like. SOLUTION: In the remodeling sash, a vertical space section 4 is formed between an existing vertical frame 13 and a new vertical frame 23, and the opening section 30 for a drainage in which the vertical space section 4 is opened in an indoor-side space from the movable fitting section 5 is formed to the new vertical frame 23. In the remodeling sash, the lower section of the opening section 30 for the drainage is continued to the rainwater collecting section 31 of a new lower frame 22, and the upper section is positioned at a section upper than the maximum water level of rainwater or the like collected in the rainwater collecting section 31. In the remodeling sash, the vertical space section 4 is made to communicate with a lower horizontal space section 3 between an existing lower frame 12 and the new lower frame 22, and the lower horizontal space section 3 is opened to the outdoor side by a drain inlet 32. In such a remodeling sash, rainwater or the like collected in the rainwater collecting section 31 can be drained from the drain inlet 32 to the outdoor side through the opening section 30 for the drainage, the vertical space section 4 and the lower horizontal space section 3.
