Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a dispersed inkjet ink excellent in discharging properties and capable of obtaining an image of high quality with improved granularity, and an inkjet recording method. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of the dispersed inkjet ink is characterized in that the ink comprises at least a color material, a dispersing agent, water and a water-soluble organic solvent, and when degassing treatment by a hollow fiber membrane and an ultrasonic wave is applied prior to being filled in a cartridge, the ink has a rate of change of the particle size of color material particles ranging within ±5% before and after the degassing treatment and has a dissolved oxygen concentration of ≤2 ppm.
