Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sustained release follicle-stimulant which is easily administered to obtain a high effect by single dose administration and reduces administration stress on an animal when a large amount of ova of the experimental animal is prepared and utilized in the creation of a transgenic animal by introducing a gene thereinto, a toxicity test and the like, and a superovulation induction method. SOLUTION: The sustained release follicle-stimulant is obtained by mixing an aluminum hydroxide gel excellent in adsorptivity with follicle-stimulating hormone, and the method of inducing effective superovulation even by single dose administration comprises performing the subcutaneous, intracutaneous or intramuscular administration of the sustained release follicle-stimulant to an experimental animal to impart sustained releasability to the follicle-stimulating hormone administered.
