PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant landscaping device intended for reducing general management and improving landscaping function in view of the fact that the management of flower poles designed to raise and landscape plants needs management including many things for watering plants and maintaining main body members, such as plant raising management, water supply management, water quality management and maintenance and repair management, and maintaining for a long period becomes a burden. SOLUTION: This plant landscaping device is such that the rearing environment of roots is secured by using a porous mineral raw material in order to keep the water content of soil for raising plants in an adequate condition and help roots breathe by maintaining drainage properties and water retentivity, and water is replenished to soil using a bottom watering method comprising using a water absorbing sheet for reducing watering management. The plant landscaping device is attached with a water level gauge 2b to visually confirm the quantity of collected water, a water supply pipe 2c to directly pour water into a collecting part, and a lighting equipment for increasing the landscaping function of the flower pole 1.
