Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a dustproof cover from coming off by improving a casing structure of electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment 1 covered with a pouched dustproof cover 20 having an opening with an elastic rubber 22 (rubber band) provided therearound includes a hook 15 for hooking the elastic rubber 22 provided on a backboard 10 to be mounted on a mounting face 25 such as a wall surface. The backboard 10 is formed to be substantially the same size as that of the cover 3 or to be smaller than that, and the hook 15 is formed by chamfering corners of the backboard 10. The electronic equipment 1 of an embedded type comprises the cover 3 exposed from the mounting face 25, the backboard 10 mounted on the side of the surface of the mounting face 25, and a body 12 formed integrally with the backboard and embedded inside the mounting face 25.
