COAXIAL CABLE CONNECTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial cable connector that can be mounted easily and can maintain connection having improved adhesion force. SOLUTION: The coaxial cable connector fitted to the end section of a coaxial cable comprises: a cylindrical connector body 30 that is formed so that the other is subjected to slide engagement to an outer conductor to be connected to; shells 2 that can travel axially at the outer periphery of the connector body and allows one of them to be pivoted rotatably in the circumferential direction; and a crimp ring 3 for crimping and fixing a body insertion section 11 after inserting the connector body into the coaxial cable. An internal thread 2b is formed on the inner periphery surface of the other side of the shell, the outer-periphery diameter of an end section 13a is tapered toward the end section so that the diameter becomes slightly larger than the inner periphery diameter of the shell for the other side of the connector body, a slitting 13b is formed at the other end side, and an internal thread 13c is formed on the outer periphery surface at the other side, thus varying the peripheral diameter of the other end side of the connector body by press force in the direction of the center of the axis by screwing the shell to the connector body.
