SYSTEM AND METHOD OF ORDERING MOVING TRANSPORTATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method of ordering moving transportation capable of simplifying procedure of an employee and procedure inside a company with moving of the employee. SOLUTION: A moving transportation ordering server 10 transmits an employee code received from an applicant terminal 31 to a personnel affairs managing server 20. The personnel affairs managing server 20 searches employee information about the applicant on the basis of the employee code, and transmits the retrieved employee information to the moving transportation ordering server 10. The moving transportation ordering server 10 forms a transportation request form on the basis of the received employee information, and decides a passing route for passing the transportation request form for approval and judgement, and the transportation request form is sent to a first and a second terminals 32 and 33 of immediate managers, a judgement carrier terminal 41, and a first and a second terminals 42 and 43 of immediate managers for judgement, following the passing route, and destination of passing of the transportation request form is managed.
