DRY TYPE CAPSULE TONER FOR ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry type capsule toner for electrophotography which satisfies any one of fixing performance, low-temperature fixing performance, durability, an anti-blocking property and an anti-offset property at a high level, and which forms a high picture quality image with high transparency and superior glossiness. SOLUTION: A capsule toner, having a structure including a core particle containing a binder resin and a colorant, a mold release agent layer formed on the surface of the core particle, and a resin coating layer formed on the surface of the mold release agent layer, is adopted out of capsule toners with various structures. Furthermore, a crystalline polymer with 3.0-3.7 dynamic viscoelasticity which is the natural logarithm value of a storage modulus at 100°C and 25/s angular frequency is used as the binder resin; and further, the resin coating layer is made to contain a synthetic resin with 5.0-6.0 dynamic viscoelasticity which is the natural logarithm value of the storage modulus at 100°C and 25/s angular frequency.
