LIGHT-SENSITIVE TRANSFER SHEET, LIGHT-SENSITIVE LAMINATE, IMAGE PATTERN FORMING METHOD AND WIRING PATTERN FORMING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-sensitive transfer sheet for easily forming desired patterns of different thicknesses within an image, and to provide a light-sensitive laminate. SOLUTION: The light-sensitive transfer sheet is obtained by sequentially stacking on a support a first light-sensitive layer containing a binder, a polymerizable compound and a photopolymerization initiator and a second light-sensitive layer containing a binder, a polymerizable compound and a photopolymerization initiator and having relatively higher light-sensitivity than the first light-sensitive layer, wherein a heterocyclic compound having a mercapto group is further contained in the second light-sensitive layer. In the light-sensitive laminate, the above second light-sensitive layer and the above first light-sensitive layer are sequentially stacked on a substrate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
