SOLUTION: An end section of a support rod 6 which is held by a user, includes a labeling section 1, which affixes a sheet-like reflector 2 to the object or a nozzle which sprays the object with coating compositions containing a reflective material; a roller section 15, which presses the reflector being affixed on the surface of the object by the labeling section; a brush 7 for conditioning an object surface to which the reflector is to be affixed; and a camera for acquiring an image of the object surface to which the reflector is to be affixed.
