Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely form a double curve on a crystal surface, using a crystal surface, and to reduce a using amount of an adhesive to restrain a curvature of the crystal surface from being fluctuated. SOLUTION: The convex mold 1 having a convex face 1a doubly curved into a convex shape at the first curvature and the second curvature, and a concave block 2 having a concave face 2a doubly curved into a concave shape at the first curvature or a curvature near thereto and the second curvature or a curvature near thereto, and having a spacer part 2b rising up by a prescribed height from the concave face 2a are prepared, the adhesive 4 is filled in the concave block 2, a thin film-like crystal 3 is sandwiched by the convex mold 1 and the concave block 2 to be pressurized, and the crystal 3 is bonded onto the concave block 2. The crystal 3 is pressed to the convex mold 1 by the adhesive 4 filled in the concave block 2 to be curved along the convex face 1a of the convex mold 1, and the doubly curve is formed precisely on the crystal surface. A thickness of the adhesive 4 filled in the concave block 2 after the pressurization is retrained uniformly to a height of the spacer part 2b, by providing the spacer part 2b in the concave block 2.
