SHARP CURVE TUNNEL MAKING DEVICE FOR COPING WITH SHARP CURVE JACKING CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF RECTANGULAR STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sharply curved tunnel making device for coping with a sharply curved jacking construction method of a rectangular structure, desirably usable for sharply curved construction of a rectangular cross section, by largely taking a bending angle more than a conventional angle. SOLUTION: A body pipe of a center folding device 2 is divided into a plurality. Annular curved surface flanges 3a and 3b are respectively projected on opposed surfaces of the divided respective small body pipes 3. The respective small body pipes 3 are bendably connected by sliding along a curved surface by superposing the mutual opposed respective curved surface flanges 3a and 3b. A jack 4 for changing the bending angle of the mutual small body pipes 3 is respectively arranged in respective divided places. A hole way S of a sharp curve can be made by advancing a rectangular shield machine 1 in a sharp curve shape by broken-type of the respective divided places of the breaking device 2 by operation of the jack 4.
