COMPLEX FACILITY WITH SELF-TRAVELING PARKING GARAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationally incorporate a self-traveling parking garage into a building of complex use. SOLUTION: This complex facility is constituted by attaching the self-traveling parking garage 2 to a building body 1 of complex use for arranging a sub-use facility in a lower layer part 1B and arranging a main use facility in an upper layer part 1A. A void part 7 with a rooftop surface of the lower layer part as a bottom surface, is arranged in its central part by forming a plane shape of the upper layer part of the building body as a square shape. The self-traveling parking garage is arranged inside its void part. An advancing car passage communicating with the self-traveling parking garage is arranged in the lower layer part. The advancing car passage is arranged so as to revolve around an outer peripheral part of the lower layer part. An external blow-by space 13 is secured around the self-traveling parking garage inside of the void part. A balcony 14 facing its external blow-by space is arranged in the upper layer part of the building body. A facility of the other use is arranged in a top part of the self-traveling parking garage.
