Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a child locking device capable of surely locking a door during a car traveling. SOLUTION: Door-locking actuators 14 capable of child-locking doors are installed to all doors except the door on the driver's seat side. An ECU 1 decides whether or not a car is traveling on the basis of a car-speed signal from a car-speed signal generator 6, and child-locks the door by controlling the door-locking actuator 14 during the traveling. Since a child lock is set automatically during the traveling in this manner, a door-opening during the traveling due to the negligence of a setting can be prevented surely.
