SOLUTION: The creeping ozone generator ozonizes surrounding oxygen by creeping discharge by adding a high voltage power source to the generator and is constituted by fixing a metallic rod having excellent corrosion resistance to at least one surface of a ceramic plate 2 by means of a metallic clip for regulating the clearance between the surface and the ceramic plate.
