Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically detect whether a delivery object is actually delivered or not. SOLUTION: An RF-ID detection device 2 detects an RF-ID code 111 of the delivery object 1 and conserves the code in a buffer when the delivery object 1 passes nearby or approaches. A portable terminal 3 collects the RF-ID code 111 conserved in the buffer from the detection device 2 and confirms whether a detection device ID code corresponding to the collected RF-ID code 111 of the delivery object 1 is registered in a data storage part 32 or not. If the code is registered, the portable terminal 3 recognizes the delivery object 1 has been delivered and registers the delivery object corresponding to the recognized RF-ID code 111 to the data storage part 32 as delivery-completed. When the portable terminal 3 transmits the delivery completion information to an information collection server 4, the information collection server 4 registers the delivery completion information to a service database 41.
