Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve freezing and frosting prevention effect on an inner surface of a windshield by raising a temperature of hot air blown from a defroster port to the inner surface of the windshield at a heat mode. SOLUTION: At the heat mode, a by-pass passage 50 is formed between an outer edge of a rotary door 35 and an inner wall of a casing 3, the hot air of an air mix space 29 is made to flow into a first passage 31 from a second passage 32 through the by-pass passage 50, and is blown from the defroster port 12.
