COMBINE HARVESTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine harvester with which the height of a machine body is controlled to the lower limit state or the upper limit state according to back-and-forth movement operation in an ill-drained paddy field, or the like. SOLUTION: In this combine harvester for controlling the machine body supported by a traveling apparatus by a height adjusting apparatus, the combine harvester is equipped with a switch 63 of an ill-drained paddy field, which is connected to a controller 71 and indicates that a field is in the state of the ill-drained paddy field and a main speed change potentiometer (forward and backward running sensor) 76 for detecting whether the traveling apparatus is in a forward running state or in a backward running state. The height adjusting apparatus is controlled to the lower limit state in a state that the switch 63 of the ill-drained paddy field is on and the main speed change potentiometer 76 detects forward running while the height adjusting apparatus is controlled to the upper limit state in a state that the switch 63 of the ill-drained paddy field is on and the main speed change potentiometer 76 detects backward running.
