Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source device which can avoid the state that the charging amount of a battery is insufficient by switching suitably a low voltage mode and a high voltage mode by a simple method which does not need a current detector circuit. SOLUTION: A charging counter CA performs increments for every predetermined time (S13) in a high voltage mode, and a charging counter CACG performs decrements for every predetermined time (S12) in a low voltage mode. When the value of the charging counter CACG becomes smaller than a first predetermined value CACGSTP in the low voltage mode, it is switched to the high voltage mode (S19, S21). On the other hand, when the value of the charging counter CACG becomes a second predetermined value CACGLMT or more than the first predetermined value CACGSTP, it is switched to the low voltage mode (S20, S22).
