Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication apparatus which can prevent alarming caused by a malfunction and provide a higher intimidating effect on the occurrence of emergency. SOLUTION: The mobile communication apparatus includes: an emergency sensing unit 11; a control unit 21; an alarm unit 31, and a communication unit 41, and is configured such that the emergency sensing unit 11 senses the application of two kinds of states to the mobile communication apparatus as the occurrence of the emergency, and when the control unit 21 senses that the emergency sensing unit 11 senses the occurrence of the emergency, the control unit 21 allows the alarm unit 31 to carry out alarming.
