Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device capable of realizing a good displaying function by manifesting high moistureproof property. SOLUTION: On the organic EL display device 1, a cell separation film 15 is constituted by a polymeric material having imide-stricture, concretely, by polyimide. Here, as a "polymeric material having imide-structure", excepting several kinds of imide structure, a copolymer including imide structure, for example, a copolymer of polyimide and olefin-based straight chain, or a copolymer of polyaromatic compound and imide structure are included. Further, a flattened film 3 is constituted by a compound having a main skeleton composed of quadridentate ligand to which, nitrogen and oxygen is coordinated as ligand, concretely, by SiON.
