Grooves, having a distance of 0.1 to 5 mm from each other, are formed on at least one current collector out of the cathode current collector and the anode current collector, and the depth d(μm) of the grooves satisfies equation (1); d=at, where, t denotes the thickness of the current collector on which the grooves are formed, and a is a coefficient of proportionality between a range of 0.03 to 0.16.
