INFORMATION PROVIDING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing system which determines the visiting purpose of a customer based on the purchase product history and visiting store history of the customer and the parking position of the customer considering the congestion state of a parking lot and provides store information to the customer. SOLUTION: A CPU 11 of an information management device 10 specifies the parking position of the customer, and refers customer identification information and vehicle number information stored in step S203 to information stored in a customer DB to specify the customer, and stores entrance time information and the like to a parking lot DB showing the specified parking position (S204). The CPU 11 detects the congestion state of the parking lot based on the storage state of the parking DB, determines the visiting purpose of the customer to determine store information from the store DB (S205), and transfers the store information and the like (S206). A CPU 31 of an information providing device 30 stores the store information and the like received from the information management device 10, reads the stored store information and the like, and displays them on a liquid crystal display panel (S304).
