Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desuperheater device having excellent reliability and durability. SOLUTION: The desuperheater device has a dual pipe structure consisting of a spray nozzle 5 to atomize a low temperature fluid 1 to a high temperature fluid 2 flowing through the base pipe 9 of the desuperheater device and a protection cylinder 6 installed so as to surround the spray nozzle 5 inside the base pipe 9 of the desuperheater device, in which a buffer fluid 3 having a temperature between the high temperature fluid 2 and the low temperature fluid 1 is allowed to flow to between the spray nozzle 5 and the protection cylinder 6, wherein an atomizing pipe insert hole 7 is provided at the peripheral surface of the protection cylinder 6, while an atomizing pipe 18 is attached to the peripheral surface of the spray nozzle 5, and the tip of the pipe 18 is inserted into the hole 7, and the low temperature fluid 1 injected into the nozzle 5 is atomized from the pipe 18 to outside the protection cylinder 6.
